Small office with 10 staff. 5 of these on the road constantly. Installed 5 Deskphones and gave 5 apps on mobile phones. Allowing staff to transfer calls whether at home or even abroad.

Kellys Motorway Breakdown Service, Bray

Kellys is a 24 hour 40 man emergency service. Needed to be able to take 10 calls simultaneously and record calls.

Auto-attendant and wireless headsets also. Divert calls to mobiles at night.

Oakwood Sheds

Oakwood had problems with landlines breaking down, needed a reliable flexible system. Very busy office with 8 staff taking over 400 calls per day.

McAbe workwear 2 offices

McAbes have main office in Dublin with second in Cork. Staff need to operate as one office. Supplied VoIp system with 24 extensions. They can now dial for free between offices and transfer and answer calls at both locations.
